Customers

Your account, profile, saved cards, and preferences are anonymized immediately.
Future bookings are cancelled. Refunds depend on each salon's policy.
All data is permanently removed after 30 days. Email [email protected] within that window if you change your mind.

Businesses

Only the business owner can delete the business via this page.
All staff accounts on the business are deleted and signed out.
Every future booking is cancelled and customers are notified.
Stripe Connect is disconnected from Zivly; subscription cancels at the end of the current cycle.
All data is permanently removed after 90 days.
